Unable to delete repo - repo has ghost plan

I am trying to delete my "test_repo" repo but I get this message:

The main repo window shows that there is a plan

but there is no plan inside the repo

    Thank you, I was able to delete the repo. Was it something I did wrong?

    I think you had me manually delete a mission plan for you but I forgot to reset the plan counter to 0.
