Problem with 360 Pano

Douglas Goddard

Watched the 360 video and setup mission.  Have attempted several times without success.  First time got message that I was in restricted area and could not takeoff.  I'm out in country and not near any restricted zone.  Redid plan and tried again today and got the "Location Unavailble" message.  Loaded a previous map mission that I had flown and it worked.  Then loaded another plan and it worked.  Just can not get the 360 to work.  Need alittle help.

You are saying when you dismiss this error message, and load a different plan immediately afterward, the other plan works fine?

That is correct.  I tried the 360 and it did not work.  Loaded the map plan (had flown before) and it worked.  I have flown all my dronelink missions from same location.  Only difference is that I used 360 Photo from Dronelink Repostory to begin plan.

Thanks for the info. We are tracking a similar issue over here:

Had a successful flight today.  Created new plan, selected takeoff point then added a destination point.  Next added 360 Photo from depository.  Mission flew as planned.

"Location Not Available" problem back.  Created several versions of same flight flown on Sept 26 at different altitudes.  Went to fly today at same location as before.  Loaded and got the location not available message.  Switched to GO 4 and flew short flight.  Went back to Dronelink and loaded plan.  Flew normal.  Any comment on what's going on?

There isn't much else to say beyond the usual "restart the drone, restart the mobile device, unplug and plug the cable back in, etc".

    Solved today

As Douglas,  I have DJI go and Dronelink on the same Phone.

Both use USB and will still run in background after closing, (you can see in phone settings)

no need to restart the phone / drone / remote :

just force kill the Dji app (in settings or via any ram booster) before using Dronelink

    or have two phones :-)

    Hope this helps
