rotation component and mavic mini

Is the rotation component supported on mavic mini? I cannot get it to work. Heading component works just fine, but I wanted to use the rotation component because it is incremental which opens up additional possibilities.

    I reduced the test plan to the bare minimum - all it does it rotations - and it works.

    Looks like the problem is elsewhere in the original plan.

    I was asking the mini to do too many things too quickly.  I'm slowly learning the limitations.
