Markers not saving anything I add to them

Hi, every time I add anything to a marker, everything seems ok. when i come back to to the plan, all markers are still there but empty, they are not being saved.

I have tried deleting the plan so as to start again,  same thing happens, nothing is stored in the markers. previous plans are ok. but cannot make any new ones. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

    I am not able to reproduce this issue. Do you have more information on how to reproduce it? Only certain browsers, operating systems, mobile, etc?

    I'm having the same issue. Two different PCs. Sometimes when clicking done on marker or path settings the screen becomes white, when refreshed, nothing is saved.

    Tried 2 PC's, both running windows 10. Tried chrome and safari browsers. I have a path and a point of interest. I add camera information, even you own simple photo from the repository. Don't get any warnings, run the preview, all ok. Then if I come out of Dronelink, then come back to do more editing, all the components have gone from the markers, just markers with point of interest. When I refresh the page they disappear to. Even tried deleting the plan and start again, still the same. I have other plans and they are ok. Just cant make any new ones. Sorry about this.

    Can you turn on the developer console and see if there is an error in there?

    In short, anything added to markers will not save

    Take a screenshot of any errors in there.
