Eliminate Speed Changes when moving between Destinations

Is there currently any way to eliminate the speed change that occurs between destinations?

Instead of using separate destinations, use a Path with waypoints..
Correct me if I'm wrong, but waypoints do not offer the control options that a destination point does such as altitude and speed.
Correct, waypoints just define the path, but then you can add markers anywhere along the path to do your controls instead of destinations.
