List as achieved component

Arne Olsen

I saved a list which contains the Heading, Gimbal and Camera commands to take a sequence of photos, saved as PanList.

A Mission plan is created that has an initial Destination and then a Path component. At the completion of the Path component Approach, at the Destination, I would like to use list of photo commands as an Set Achieved Component.

It is possible to select a List for the "Set Achieved Component". But if "Include from Repository" is selected, it is not possible to select PanList. (Unable to include this type of component here).

How do I include a list of heading and camera commands to take a sequence of photos at the location of the achieved destination?

Thank you,

Arne

You cannot include a component (your list) that has a motion component inside of it (the path) inside of another motion component. Remove the path and you should be good.

With a simple mission plan that includes only a destination, the component list is not permitted. The only motion components in the list are to change the drone heading. Here are screen shots of the components list, PanList.

Apologies, but I should have said the destination as well. You cannot have any motion component (Orbit, Destination, Path, Map, Facade, etc) included in the achieved component, as it is already inside of another motion component.

After the Destination where the photo sequence is to be located, I used the "New Component" and "Include from Repository" to add the components PanList.

After the photo sequence is complete, "New Component" and "Path" adds an Approach to a Destination and the Waypoints for the path.

So the construct is Destination, List containing photo commands, then Path (which will start with an approach to a new Destination, and perhaps, Waypoints and Markers).

At the end of the Path, "New Component" and "Destination". After this destination, another list of photo commands could be added.

To summarize, when a destination is reached the drone will maintain that location. At the completion of the Destination component, the next component can be a list of photo commands. When those are complete, a new Destination component or Path component with enable the drone to move.

The drone will hover in place while executing commands, so I think you can just remove the motion components if that is what you want.

The motion component being the change in drone heading?

Heading is a motion component (the drone moves)
