Panorama pictures:

Francis VK

I am new user since 3 days.

I am a very active user of “Litchi Waypoints”  since more as 2 years.

With Excel I calculate for each Panorama picture the “Heading” and “Gimbal  pitch” settings.

Question:

After you have linked a “Point of Interest “ to a “Marker”  I would like to see the “Heading” and “Gimbal Pitch” values.

I need this to calculate  the Panorama pictures in the direction of the “Point of interest“

The most simple Panorama  starts with 2 Photos.

Thank you in advance

Best regards

Francis

If you preview the mission, you can see the heading and gimbal pitch in the 3D view:

Having said that, you might want to consider using functions, instead, for panos:

    Thank you for the feedback.

Unfortunately the “Red Drone logo” during 3D playback never points in the direction of the “Point of Interest”.

    I can’t program Java Scrip’s

    Thank you for your time

    Best regards

    Thank for your reply,

    This one Works :

    See “Marker 1”

If you move the “Red Drone” on the same location as the “Marker 1” the result  is not OK

You have to move the “Red Drone“ and try to move the "red line" parallel with the "purple line"

I do not think this is 100% ok but at least close.

    Thank you for your help

    Best regards

Francis, you don't have to "code" Javascript to "use" the OnTheFly functions.  Take a look at the videos and see if that helps.  And I think the suggestion was to place a simulated drone, which you can control and take your readings from there.  (Right mouse click, say "Simulated Drone" and manipulate until it's set as you wish.

Or, maybe I misunderstood your ask...
