Standing 4 feet away and it says poor transmission quality

I load the mission, hit play. it counts down does initial takeoff and hovers.. then it says poor transmission quality or something like that and aborts the mission. no other apps running in the background.

I'm standing 4 feet away from my mini. Tried it 3 times.. same result. switched to dji fly and no signal strength issues at all.

Why does it do this? Is Dronelink more sensitive to wifi interference than dji fly?
