Camera Commands to control thermal camera features

All of the thermal cameras have the ability to control the color palette.  Not all cameras have the same set of color palettes but it would be nice to be able to reset this to a known value as part of the flight plan.

Looks like you can read the palettes of what the camera supports.

Also, setting the MSX level would be helpful as well.
