Motion limits
Can it be explained to me what R acceleration and R deceleration settings should be at in motion settings to give a smoother movement, and what those settings should me moved to (higher or lower) to produce better smoothness please?

Is the R acceleration same as Radial Acceleration? If so, shouldn't the unit be m/s2, not °/s2?
I wish all these would have been opened up in some kind of help text, like with a mouse over or smtg.
This requirement for a smooth movement (with Mini) seems to be a talking point now. It would be great if fine tuning these three acceleration/deceleration parameters solved this (haven't tried so far).

Yes but can you answer the question I had Jim, as to what to set them at to try and slow down, as it is says acceleration and deceleration, not speed, so what does changing those do exactly, what should we set at to make things smoother, or will that not really make any difference?

Well I think I have a good solution to provide smooth flight transitions, I have changed the max rotation speed to 20 deg/sec, and to slow down the gimbal angle decline rate when changing from say horizon down to looking at a point of interest, (in my test was at about 25deg) I spread out several markers on the approach to the POI designated marker, gradually increasing the gimbal angle minus until it reached that marker, much smoother transition form horizon to ground level viewing, shifting the markers around to get the desired affect, hope someone can try the same and see if it works for them. (The software seemed to do a gradual gimbal angle change between markers instead of one rapid swoop down at the POI marker).
The rapid vs smooth transition between markers depends on the interpolation setting, in addition to the other parameters, which as you have found out, just takes trial an error as it is specific to what you want and drone type.
Yes I see that now, is working out well for me to get a nice affect, it all makes sense

Working on a project now where I am flying along with camera pointing straight ahead in line of flight then I want to point at a POI and Gimbal movement down is too sudden.
Any additional hints and tips on what you have learned in making this seamless over what you have already posted?
