No ability to create a plan

Hello,

I joined about a week ago and have not had the ability to create a flight plan. I've watched several videos on the process and I don't have the same menu, nor can I find the menu to create a plan. I'm not sure if Dronelink needs to unlock something?

I've clicked on the 3 lines at the top left as well to get the Menu.  

See attached screen shots.  This is all I have the ability to do.

    You need to click the subscribe button to pay for an account.

    I'm sorry I left that out. I did subscribe and pay via paypal on 8/11. (Highlighted in yellow)

    Did you email support@dronelink.com with your PayPal confirmation?

    I did. I got an auto reply that they received my request. I've heard nothing more.
