Hi, since the setup of a plan with component PATH is quite some work, I created a "template" path for me, that should be a good jump start for most of my missions.
Therefore I placed that path into the CLIPBOARD to easily paste it into new plans.
My problem is: Once pasted, this path is positioned at coordinate 0 and 0 - which is somewhere in the Atlantic ocean off the west coast of Africa.
Could it not get pasted at least at my current position of the starting point of the plan?
Or did I misunderstand something here?

I am not able to reproduce this. When we paste a path from the clipboard it asks to reposition it:

Hi Jim,

ah, ok. Strange, for me it looks like that:

That big black background is the Atlantic Ocean at coords 0/0... :-)

I see that my path does not have a number / symbol in the middle of the yellow circle...
Would that explain what is missing for me?

Jim, forget that. I found out, I need to paste the path from the clipboard NOT by clicking on it in the clipboard popup, but via the button "new component" and the select "Paste from Clipboard". Then it actually pasts it properly on my current map. All good, sorry for the confusion. KR, Oli
