Are you talking about a Galaxy S7? We have this exact device and it installs fine for us. Not sure what else to suggest here.

The file is over 100mb. Does the drive download not work for you?

I have the same phone and it does not install for me either.  the 64-bit version at least installs to about 90% then fails.  The 32-bit version doesn't even try to install.  I checked on the Samsung site and this was the first 64-bit phone.

The google drive download has no problems, and the install runs but fails near the end.

Maybe running an old version of Android?

possibly. I don't know whether samsung or verizon controls the android version, but Android 8 is the latest update i can get.

Same problem with my Samsung Galaxy Tab S with Android 6.0.1. The install program starts but at the end of the process pops up a message saying "Application non installed". and nothing more.  The minimum system requirement you give is "Android 5.0+ (Lollipop)", hence my table should be fine for running the app.

Even if you do manage to get it running on that tablet you will probably have a horrible user experience:

Bottom line: don't starve Dronelink of resources and expect a great result:

I was able to get it to install on my Samsung Galaxy S7 and even got it to execute a mission.. but 5 seconds in, it quit saying my S7 wasn't fast enough.

I followed and read your comments.. you say you have an S7 and have no issues. If the processor is fast enough do you know what I can do to strip down the resource usage? Is your S7 stock?

jim, what performance mode are you using on your S7?  Should I select game or high performance? does this setting affect DroneLink executing missions?

    Thanks for your Time Jim!

The mission plans and environmental conditions during our S7 testing may be significantly different than what you are doing. We haven't modified anything on our S7, nor did I change the performance mode, but we only tested it with missions less than 10 min long and in 75 degree temps / no direct sunlight.
