I do not received the verification email in my inbox nor in my spam and I have resend it many times but I cannot verify my account nor I can log in the native app. Please help me

    Sorry but I can't find where to reset my password? In the native app I can't and can't find where in the web app

    I logged out hit reset entered cloutierpierre@msn.com and hit send but I do not receive any emails from dronelink nor in my spam

    Again, the forums are different than the app.

    Yes exactly what I did. Nothing I do not received the confirmation email.

    Can I change email for the account? Maybe it will work?

    You need to log in with the user name and password when you purchased your DL plan and set up the account. The user name and password for this forum doesn’t carry over and may be different and won’t work. If still not working I’d suggest contacting them by email. support@dronelink.com
