iPad Mini 4 as Monitor
I want to use a iPad 4 Wi-Fi only version (No GPS function).
Can I create missions in DroneLink and use them to execute a misson on the iPad without having GPS?

I have the same concern. Waiting for the answer here.
The mobile device does not need GPS, but that device is very old and you are almost surely going to have a horrible user experience:

I even had trouble using just the DJI Fly App with Mini iPad 4. Even with iPhone 8, the phone will dim the screen because of heat... using only the DJI Fly App. I have even thought of getting a Gel Ice Pack to hold against back of phone flying in hot weather? Maybe.
