How to make the camera transitions smoother?
Could somebody give a helping hand here. How do I tell the drone to take the turns and changes much slower/smoother? Here in my simple plan the drone executes the Orbit and then the camere turns almost 180 degrees to the left. This happens very quickly...too quickly that it would look good on the video. Now this too hasty transition causes nausia :-)
What tools/commands do I have to make this turning take more time, e.g. 4-5 seconds?

If you want exact control over the motion, you need to use a Path component instead of a Destination.
Thanks Jim. But I already have a path in my plan. There is 1xOrbit and 1xPath. What do I do wrong here?
Do you mean that I should move this Approach 2 (which is part of the Path) to the very beginning of the path (that red symbol on the Orbit exit? Then to do what?
Sorry I should have been more clear. You need to put another Path component here:
Alternatively, you can move the approach to that path closer to the red end marker and add more waypoints. If you share a contributor link to this plan I can show you.

I modified it (as a new version, rollback if you like). May need some additional tweaking but you get the idea.

Hi Jim McAndrew I looked at the slow orbit plan from the link above. As the drone approaches 1, is there a way to smooth out/slow down the transition of the gimbal as the drone starts and exits the orbit or corkscrew? In some of my plans the drone follows the path, stops then abruptly moves camera to center of orbit and begins. Upon completion it again stops, gimbal moves from center angle to horizontal then drone turns to return path. I am mixing my plans with the one above but as an example you see similar movements in the link above.
If you want complete control over the motion of the drone or gimbal, you need to use a Path component with markers (and not leave it up to an auto-generated approach / destination component).
