mission file naming problem

Josef Hampl

In mission files I have different filenames than on SD card. For example, in mission files I have DJI_0580.jpg - DJI_0584.jpg but on SD card are DJI_0420.jpg - DJI_0424.jpg.

DJI will start new folders (100, 101, etc) when it rolls over 1000 files, are you sure you are looking in the right folder?

  • Today I flew (creating maps) and the same problem appeared. The files on the SD card are (DJI_0360 - DJI_0452).
I am asked for files (DJI_0520 - DJI_0612). Dronelink requests fewer files than there is on the SD.
There was a wind today. The drone went off course. It sometimes took 2 photos in one place.
I'm sure these files belong to this plan.
How to add files for processing now if the file names are incorrect?
    Thanks for the answer.

Are you talking about during the Pix4D upload process? You can just remove the mission from the filters (click the minus sign), and it will let you upload whatever files you want.

We have reported this issue to DJI and they said they will fix it in the next release.
