Dronelink.com not working for me at all after first day of success
Purchased Dronelink a couple of days ago, all was working fine on dronelink.com web site first day, learning well, making test plans that auto saved etc.....then suddenly yesterday all kinds of problems, when I run a plan to review the video simulation top left just stays blank and says “loading” but never does, the plans dont save they just disappear when closed etc and the auto video capture selection now does nothing, it just flashes quickly when you click on it, whereas before it would set. Is there a problem with the website? Because it was working fine the first day, now its useless! I am using dronelink.com in Safari on my IPad if that makes any difference

Does it work on a PC or in a different browser?
Yesterday when I was finalizing my plans the browser (Google Chrome, PC) had at some phase some problems showing the UI elements properly and to solve this I needed to logout-login every now and then. And for some reason I was only able to login in the incognito mode. Didn't try any other browser.
Also, after every login the Plans didn't open in metrics mode, but imperial.
Today I haven't had such problems. Plans are progressing smoothly :-)
Is your computer almost out of storage space or memory? Did you have many other tabs open? If you just force refresh the page (not a full logout/login) does it fix the issue?
Jim- First off I want to thank you guys in Dronelink for very quick responses to customer questions.
My PC is not a new anymore, but the Windows Resource Manager shows pretty low occupancy values (usage between 5-20%, 11% in the screenshot). I only had two tabs open when I had these problems yesterday, DroneLink and Gmail.
Anyhow, today all has worked fine, even the metrics units have been show instead of imperials.
Jim, the Ipad has tons of memory left, no other tabs were open, I cleared all plans, although they were basically blank, and I logged out and back in, problem still exists, I simply cannot save any new plans.
Like I said before.... all works fine with the Firefox browser on the Ipad, its the Safari thats quit be usable.
The plan I created on my PC and then opened in Safari on the Ipad will however save! And I can even make changes to it and they will save, so the problem is that no new plans can be created from scratch and saved at all on the Ipad with Safari now, they could for the first day or so then quit, but using Firefox on the Ipad I can create, save, and even view the sim cam vid when I run the plan test.

You Are wright , I found the problem, it was related to my web provider , when I switch to my mobile provider, it worked fine.

FWIW When I try to log in with Safari I get "Failed to execute 'transaction' on 'IDBDatabase': The database connection is closing."
But I can login ok with FF and chrome.
When using Firefox and I click on icon to send to google earth, instead of getting a kms file downloaded it just gives me this above, I dont know how to get that to produce a Downloaded KML file
Please keep it to one bug per thread. Use chrome to get a KML file.
