Can't login to use the App to fly a mission

I'm using a DJI Mavic Mini on an Apple Ipad Mini seventh addition. When I go to log in to get my flight missions I am in a loop when signing in. I enter my login information that I use to login to the website from a PC/Laptop but it never allows me to log into the Ipad to run the mission in the Dronelink controller. It just goes right back to where it was.

The second issue, separate from the above issue, is that I log in on a different computer to the website and I don't see the missions that I created on my laptop just 20 minutes earlier.

Any help would be appreciated.

    It sounds like you have have inadvertently created multiple accounts. Please email your username and password to support@dronelink.com so we can investigate.

    Similar issue here.  I can log into the web program but not on my iPhone 11 Pro Max.

     

    I am able to view this screen but it's still prompting me to log in.

    I was able to login to Denny's account on both the web and native app without any issues. Please email your username and password to support@dronelink.com so I can try your account too.

    I have a Mavic mini and Samsung Tab A8, able to login to website but when trying to login to app it says user not found, please help
