Web App: Highlight items on map when active in menu

In the Web App I can click on a waypoint, marker or destination and it will bring up that item in the menu but I can't do the opposite. In complex maps it would be very helpful to highlight corresponding paths, waypoints, destinations and markers on the map when clicked in the plan menu (or whatever it’s called). This way we can see clearly on the map which item corresponds to the item active in the menu. It can get confusing if I have several paths and 3-4 "Marker 3"s on the map to be sure which one I'm about to edit. Highlighting the active one would make a huge difference.
