Commands added to On The Fly mission (copied to a plan) run but are not part of the mission
I ran an On The Fly mission (don't remember which one). I used that as a starting point for 4 plans.
These 4 plans only vary after Photo 8.

All the missions work for the commands that were part of the original flight, Photo 1 through Photo 8.
The other stuff also works, but is not treated as part of the mission.
All four flights created 8 photo files and 1 video file. But the video file does not show up in the mission file list.

During the flight, the countdown timer showing time remaining in the mission gets down to 0:00 when photo 8 is taken. Then it jumps up a little (some decimal number such as .2) and finishes the commands.
Drone: DJI Mavic 2 Zoom
Controller: DJI Smart Controller, yes I know this controller has a tough time due to not enough processing power.

The estimate is just approximate and may be a few seconds off, so I wouldn't worry about the time remaining indicator, the mission is still running. As far as it the video not being registered in the asset manifest, that is because the stop capture is the last command in the mission and there is no wait command after it. The DJI SDK can take up to 3 seconds to report that a video file is created (depending on the size), so if you want to be sure the mission sees it, I recommend adding a wait after the stop capture at the end.
