Unable to launch/login to web app

I’m having difficulties getting started with mission planning. I’m completely new to Dronelink but I’m fairly tech savvy. I’m trying to use the web app on my iPad Pro (9.7 inch model) and have also tried with my iPhone 6s. Both devices are up to date iOS wise, current iOS 13 something. When I try to log in both devices get stuck at login screen with your purple spinning ring. I have reset all web data and tried resetting my password with you. Not sure what I’m missing here and as far as I could tell from reading material in your tutorials and forum I should be able to accomplish this, yes? Any help would be greatly appreciated.     I am having the same issue. On iPhone, iPad and windows laptop. Tried resetting password, create a new login, same thing keeps happening.
