Inexpensive way to stitch Video Map missions?

What programs that are inexpensive will stitch the Video Map missions?

MS ICE will handle the photo missions to 200 plus photo with 3.6TB of space.

MS ICE does not handle segmented video files.  It will do one leg at a time slowly, but there is no way in that program to combine them.
