Battery swap component
I don't know if this exists already but...
Would it be possible to have a component that is triggered each time the mission resumes after a battery swap?
For example, as the drone reboots after a battery swap it might accidentally focus on a close object. That might leave the focus set incorrectly after the mission resumes, leading to a bad capture.
If there were a component that was triggered once it was back to the original path, but before the mission resumes, you could put things like setting the focus to continuous AF in there and feel confident that it will do that before continuing.
Of course...it may already do something like that.

Dronelink already "remembers" all the commands that have been performed in a mission up the point it is paused (due to batter swap or any other reason) and then plans a "resuming mission" that has all those commands while it travels back to the location that the mission was paused. If you had set the camera to continuous AF (as a command, not manually through the
UI), then it will be re-applied like any other command. Having said that, are you saying you want to apply a separate set of commands?
Thanks! I assumed it had something like that but thought it worth checking - the strange things that go through my head in the middle of the night...
As long as it reapplies things it was set to previously then I think that covers my needs for now.
Thanks!
