No horizontal movement after achieving orbit altitude?

Set up 2 simple orbits, no settings difference between the 2 other than location about a mile apart.

one worked perfectly, the other went up to 200’ and then nothing, just hovered, I had to manually abort.

Prior to flight both the orbit mission previews worked identically well.

Ive set up a ‘new’ version for another go but still stumped as to why no horizontal movement

Is there a log or other to look at?
