Approach Achievement Variables.

James Roney

I read the Tutorial, went through the videos again, but cannot find an entry describing exactly how the Achievement works in relation to component approach.

Time* in Seconds - No Idea?

Distance* Assume this is how close the drone get to the actual component position.
IE.  If the drone is within 3m of target position - Distance is achieved.

Altitude* Assume this is how close the drone gets to the required component altitude.
IE.  If the drone is within 1.5m of target altitude - Altitude is achieved.

Which of these are absolute requirements for the Achievement.  All three, just one, a combination of two?

Thx.

From the tooltip in the app:

Meaning its "and". For example, within 10 feet laterally of the destination and 5 feet vertically and for at least 3 seconds.

    That clears it up.  Perfect.

A quick point to make sure Jim's answer was clear in regards to the question:

    1) The time is how long the drone needs to hold that position.

    2) Distance (as you said) is what range +- it has to be to that position.

    3) Altitude is what range (+-) it has to be to the altitude
