Not at the moment, but we are looking at enabling KML import (see product roadmap). Are there particular apps you are looking to import from? Do they have open mission formats?
Looking for importing missions from Litchi primarily. If this feature is enabled it will help in not having to rewrite the missions in Dronelink. Thanks in advance.
I need import Mavic Mini log files, or convert it into a support import dronelink format , too!
I have tried to import the KML, GPX, CSV generated from Airdata, that I had imported from Mavic log files app, but the dronelink import doesn't work. Browser page block itself. I have tried with .gpx and .csv, too, nothing.
Dronelink does not support import log files right now (because there are too many data points that are too close). There may be a way to sample the data set and only create points every x meters or something, but that would be under feature requests.
I took a flight log, exported to kml using Dronelogbook. When importing into Dronelink, I get all the points as well as the path. It appears I just need the LineString but have to touch each point and indicate "do not import" instead of the default of "destination". This is every tedious. I went back and edited the KML to have fewer points but it is still very time consuming.
It doesn't appear I can highlight more than one point and do this in bulk. Is there anything planned to make this easier? Maybe default to "do not import" though I don't know what the typical use case is for KML import.
I tried the raw kml from Dronelogbook but had to many points to mess with. So I then started as a KML file from Dronelog book that I imported into Garmin Basecamp to make some edits and then exported from Garmin Basecamp. Last night using Basecamp, I split the 20 minute flight into 3 segments and then reduced the number of points in each of the 3 segments. I reduced the points to something under 50 per segment so I didn't have to click on do not import more than 50 times per segment.
The reason I started with a flight log is I lost something from the aircraft and wanted to fly the exact path to collect pictures to analyze. Based on the work effort involved getting a flight developed, I think it will be easier to use a handheld GPS and just walk the flight path.
The merge points closer than setting I think would help with the number of markers but I still have to click on each point and decide what to do with it. Instead of my earlier suggestion of changing default behaviour of the Import, you could provide a selection on what to import (Lines, Placemarks, Polygons) from the KML as a starting point. I will make this feature request.

Will add it to the roadmap!
please also include for ardupilot dataflash log files, either BIN or LOG format....essential functionality...not everyone flies DJI
KML and KMZ import is now supported here:
Should have Litchi CSV import soon.
Litchi import (CSV) is now supported.

Hello! Is there any way to import a simple csv file with latitude and longitude columns to define way points of a mission?
Not right now, just use KML?

The KML importer was not intended to ingest files from Dronelogbook, but you can post feature requests here.

Can I import from Autopilot? I am a former Autopilot user and now Elite subscriber with Dronelink.
Thanks
