I tested the mission previewer on my MBP running Chrome and didn't see that error. I haven't seen it either.
Jim is OOO today, but he might avhe some thoughts when he gets back to his desk.
It works fine on my Win10 laptop with Chrome. Gotta be something specific to this one machine's Chrome setup...just can't find it....yet...
Cheers!
ran on my chrome fine in both PC and iPad but mission preview did crash in Safari
Can you send a HAR file to support@dronelink.com?
Hi, Jim.
Thanks for getting back to me (us).As much as I'd love to help, I'm not comfortable with sending a HAR file (security risk, big time). I can just keep using Firefox for the mission sims.
Is there another way? Any known Chrome extensions that might fluff it up?
Thanks again!
We will keep an eye on it to see if we can find a reliable way to reproduce it on our test machines.
Yes, I’m having this problem, cannot run mission preview in chrome on iPad, iirc it worked a couple of times and since - nothing, fails to load message and after just Black screen shows ‘loading’ but nothing changes
Does it work in Safari?
Don’t have safari on the iPad and googled and Apple store but cannot find it to download!
Apple installs Safari (their browser) by default on all iOS devices.
Thanks Jim, couldn’t download Safari because it was already hidden away in a folder.
Anyway, yes, all mission previews work perfectly in Safari. Would like it to work with chrome but hey!
Hi, I was about to start a topic on this one, until I found this thread. I can confirm I'm having the same problem with Chromium 80. Works on Safari technology preview though. Might be nice to work out the kinks on this one...
Do you have cross-site tracking disabled in Chrome? If so and you disable it and it corrects the issue, will update this FAQ to not be Safari specific:
https://support.dronelink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035213633-Why-does-the-3D-view-say-ArcGIS-failed-to-load-in-Safari-
Cannot find “cross site tracking “ in chrome to disable it - help please!

Thanks for the link but when I select the ipad/iPhone tab it states
“Do Not Track" isn't available for iPhones or iPads at this time.”
so back to Safari ; -)
New user here...wanted to report I'm getting the same failed to load msg in updated chrome. Works in Safari.
Matt, on what device?
ipad definitely not working with chrome, always fails to load
It’s on a mac book pro (late 2011)
I'm having the same issue on a Windows 10 running Chrome browser. I did check to see if the "do not track" was enabled but it was not. Any new info??
Thanks!
We are not actively working on this issue right now as other things are higher priority on the roadmap and you can just use a different browser.
