Adding a user that already have a growth licence

Hi,

We're starting to use Dronelink more extensively, and I have a question I couldn't find an answer to on the forum. Here it is: If we add a member who has already paid for an annual Growth license to our Growth account, will they be refunded, and will we take over the new invoicing?

    Not sure what you mean by penalty but the status of the refund depends on the details of the account.

    They bought a Growth plan like 1 month ago. I assume they will be refund with the proportion of the year left but is there additional cost for cutting short the contract?

    Just please submit the refund form and include the details of both accounts in the text field.
