We have purchased a drone of the model DJI Mini 3 Pro. We work within a municipal organization. What type of license do we need, and what is the annual cost?

If you have a single user you need a Starter account, and if you plan to have multiple users you need Growth. The pricing is country specific, and depends on if you choose annual or monthly billing. You can see the pricing here:

If you choose Growth, you can select the number of units (users) on the checkout page to see the total cost.
