In Inspection, prevent gimbal from tilting back up while flying to the next point

Hi.

The inspection mission is great to make sure the drone stops at every point (something that a map mission can't do, only slow it to a crawl) to eliminate rolling shutter in drones without a mechanical shutter.

However, the gimbal tilts back to a forward position every time the drone moves to the next point. If the point is to only take shots in a particular direction (like facing down, for instance) this ends up consuming a fair bit of battery if the mission has many points. From the DL support response, it seems that "The Inspection Component code has built-in behavior to detect the distance to the next point, and if it is far enough away, it tilts the gimbal up so you can see in the direction of flight for safety. "

Please add a way to prevent this from happening.
