DJI MINI 3 and Samsung S21/N1 Controller

Hi,

I was about to purchase Dronelink for my Mini 3 but noticed it said that my phone, the S21 was not compatible. I've read through the forums and I see some users using the S21 with some success.

I also went to this link to test my device before purchasing and everything appears to work fine?

Safe to say if I proceed to purchase, it is use at my own risk? If I purchased an Android tablet to use instead, does the tablet require GPS or does the N1 Controller have GPS and it uses that to follow the device?

Hi Vince. If you search the forum you will find the answers to most questions. Also there help section has a ton of articles to assist you. The standard Controllers don’t have any GPS module so you will need to use a device with one for follow mode.

I have used a Galaxy S21 Ultra with my Air2S without issue.
