'Near No Fly Zone' dronelink warning

Hi, has anyone experienced this 'near' NFZ message BUT then not being able to unlock the area in dji fly app because your not close enough to that restricted area? My planned mission today was to map a farmers field with permission, realised it was close to a prison. Checked the restrictions in the dji fly app but there was nothing to unlock. The map was successfully completed with a smaller drone later on in the day. Same map different drones I know there are probably alot of different variables to lead to why the map didn't work for me but the question is really related to see if anyone else had a similar issue of not being able to unlock a restricted area in dji fly first because you weren't actually that close to it.
