Adding member on a monthly plan in the middle of a month
My company is interested in purchasing the monthly professional plan. To my understanding the person who creates the account is the account holder and they can grant access to other users for an additional fee. If we started the billing payment at the beginning of a month and added an additional user in the middle of the month when would the users access end? Do we have to add members at the beginning of the month when the billing period starts? Or does the account holder have to keep their account open until the granted users have completed their months.

The system will charge you a pro-rated amount to add the additional user for the rest of the month. All users in the account will have access as long as the account is active, and adding users does not reset the billing cycle.
