Linking my mission plans to my flight app. Mavic 2
I purchased the ELITE $119 plan, pre and post mission planning.
I have a Mavic 2 pro.
It WILL NOT under any circumstance load my mission plans on the Dronelink Flight app.
It does not even show them.
When I follow the dronelink.com/download instructions per dronelinks youtube video it takes me to dronelink flight (the correct version I already had) and will connect to my drone, but it does not sync up with my ELITE plan. Losing my mind Why can I not access my missions
FYI I did it countless times, per the instructions, I have spent hours on this already.
I need a solution.

Hi Dustin. I know this may sound strange but are you logged in with the same user name and password you used when you created the account. Can you send a screenshot of the DL app. You don’t even need to connect the drone in order to open and see your mission plans.
I cant figure it out.
Logged in with the correct info it still is requiring me to pay. I cant even do a mission plan on my laptop now. It is a windows laptop and an Ipad for flight control.. Is that doable?
Something is extremely off here. Ready to delete and start over. Something wierd happened with the email verification as well. Its been a total debacle. I do not have the time to mess with this. Im requesting a redo or a refund.

Actually Im having support issues Jim.
I would like to able to use the product I purchased from dronelink. I have seen it work so I know it has value. Ill contact billing though and ask them why I do not have the ability to do anything on it if that is the what the tech dept suggests.
Sorry I misunderstood. Your account appears to be paid / active. When you login you still don’t see anything? Are you sure you are using the right email? Can you post a screenshot of what you see when you login?

When I login with pricedust1980@gmail.com I can see all the options;

When I touch the email icon with my initial “D” on it, it reads
“Member since May 26, 2024”
When I click “mission planner”, a box with purple and white font opens on the left side of the screen with a view of the earth still visible on the right.
It asks me to “ + SUBSCRIBE” just underneath where you can see

So it seems to “know me” but that’s about it.
When I said redo I meant like, literally redoing this process from the start as a method, I am sorry I could have been more clear. I’m a lamen with computers.
I had to have messed something up. This just can’t be that hard to do. I’m not that good on a computer but Im not that bad either. Thanks
I created 5 facade, 3 orbital and 1 nadir missions with dronelink on my laptop for a 3D capture yesterday. I downloaded the flight app on to my ipad..and when I logged in with the iPad, that is when zi could not create or see and plans I created. Then later when I got on the laptop I could not create any missions and behaved like the ipad, where it recognizes me but will not let me do planning.

15.6.1 is the version ipad I have. Dronelink calls for version 16. The download page said that my version was good but the numbers upon examination do not seem to match up for that to be true.

What drone are you trying to fly, you mention Ipad are you sure you've downloaded the iOS version, if you are trying to fly a mini3 then that's only supported on Android

There is no “pricetdust1980@gmail.com” it does not exist.
The correct email is pricedust1980@gmail.com.
Can we modify the email in my account to be correct?
Ha! It works with the wrong one.
If we can modify that to be correct I would appreciate it. I just don’t want potential issues later. If we can’t I guess I will just have to use that to sign in? What do you think?
