i have a DJI mini 3 brand new and an android z flip 5 I and iPad also download version 4.9.2 and drone don't connect and RC5

The Mini 3 will not work with any IOS device so you can’t use the iPad. It should work with the Samsung Z flip. Check the DL help section which has most of the answers for your questions. You should also search this forum first on any questions since most have been answered many times and there is a large amount of information available. Follow the instructions and you should be good to go. Enjoy.
