I'm creating a map planning, unfortunately the map that I was creating could not be save. When I closed the map, back to default (new map plan)

First try clearing out everything in the browser settings like browsing history, cache, cookies etc. Basically everything to include all the website data. This does happen on occasions but it’s not a DL issue, it has to do with either the browser and or possibly the ISP. Also power turn off the router and restart it and power down the device or PC and restart. I’ve read that this issue may has something to do with the data stream or other data not clearing out and keeping it from saving. When I’ve had this issue I just go through everything and problem is corrected. Go through all of this and see if it fixes the issue.
