Motion error tolearnce use

Diego De La Mora

I don't get what is Motion error tolerance used for and how does changing that parameters could affect/benefit my mission. Could someone explain it please?

The motion error tolerances should be left to the defaults as they have been well tested and used for years. Changing them to a tighter tolerance will not cause it to fly more accurately as some think. If the tolerance is changed to a much tighter value it could stop the mission and give a “ drone too far off course” error. This usually happens when flying in higher winds especially with lighter drones. Really best to leave them alone. I’ve been using DL for over 3 years with a lot of missions and flight time and I’ve never had any reason to change those particular values.
