Professional Growth Plan with up to 20 users

Hello Dronelink Support,

The growth plan allows up to 20 users. So instead of using an additional user account, what if multiple pilots used the same username and password to login, setup and fly missions under the 1 main account.

What is the purpose of having 20 additional accounts? Is it cheaper to add a new user to an already existing growth account, than it would be to purchase a 2nd and/or 3rd growth account? What is the benefit of having multiple users under one account, is basically what I am asking?

This violates the license agreement. Each user in Dronelink needs a separate login.

Yes, we discount the additional users, as detailed on the pricing page:

What is the benefit of having multiple users under one account

In addition to the discount, the primary benefit is that the missions that are flown are tracked to specific users which makes operations much easier (knowing who was where and what they did).
