Flight elevation questions

I'm leaving a question because I have a question.
I want to fly at an altitude of 180m.
180M is known as the height at the take-off position.
The location I want to take off is on the roof of the building.
The rooftop of the building is 150 meters tall.
Can I set it to 30M when flying from the rooftop of the building, so that I can set a 180M flight path?

If you take off from the roof then your take off altitude is considered zero. So you could just set the flight altitude to 30M and it would be 180M from the ground.
