DJI Mavic 3M

Hello, 

I am running into an occurence of one drone capturing multispectral imaging and one drone only capturing RGB. They are both Mavic 3M's and they were purchased at the same time. The firmware is up to date and the Dronelink app is up to date. I just recently created a mission on the Dronelink Web application, and flew both drones one at a time. I am selecting the DJI Mavic 3 Wide as I am not able to pick the 3M. Any ideas on how one drone is bypassing the application and taking multispectral imagery while the other is stuck with RGB?
