Supported Drone and Billing

A very dissatisfied customer right now. First I checked to see that my dated (2018) dji drone (Mavic 2 Enterprise) was supported and your system (both app and online) said that it was. If it’s not then I don’t know why it says that it is If I am able to post a screenshot of it showing that it is supported then I will. Once I paid for the basic service and attempted to use the service the drone link app told me that I would have to upgrade to the premium service to do so. Next I upgraded as requested the premium service. When I attempted to use the upgraded premium service the app now tells me that the Mavic 2 enterprise is not supported. So which is it?  Please refund me my full price and let’s just call it like it feels like it is. I attempted to reach support for this issue but was directed to post it on the general discussion forum by an email from support.dronelink
