Support for Motorola Moto G Play

I am a paying customer (Professional Level) and have downloaded the Android version for the Mini 3 Pro as per your website directions to sideload it, however when I try to install it on a brand new purchased for this purpose 2023 Motorola Moto G Play, which has a 64 bit processor, I get a message that says "Dronelink DJI   - App not installed as app isn't compatible with your phone".  It's a modern Android 12 O/S, which is apparently running a Mediatek Helio G37 processor, that is 64 bit.  What's up with this?  I did not go to the Google Play Store at all, but wondering if perhaps there is other software that is preventing this from installing?  The first time I tried to install it I had to turn protection off so that it would even try to install, as it didn't want to sideload at first.  Wondering if I am out $250 now for the phone.  Sure would be good to know what kind of Android phone works with Dronelink before trying this again.  Very frustrated.
