Unfortunately we are not able to support low volume drones with our current pricing structure. We would like to add support in the future, and in fact we have setup Dronelink to be able to do this from a technical perspective, but it will likely be 1 or 2 orders of magnitude more expensive than our current professional plans.
Pixhawk already has a mission planner that has been around for a long time and is quite powerful. You can check it out here: https://ardupilot.org/planner/
