Internet connection
G'day Support,
I'm encountering internet connection issues with the dronelink app (Reload page or wait).
I contacted an other user, and he confirmed that he wasn't able to connect with your app.
Are you aware of any issues regarding the internet connection starting January 25th until now?

If you’re asking about the Native app I’ve seen no others reporting this and it’s been working on two of my IOS devices. Are you using VPN or some other type of blocker. If so they need to be disabled. Also go into your device settings and check the DL app settings and make sure you have enabled local network and even Bluetooth enabled. If that doesn’t correct the issue then delete the app and reinstall it making sure you have granted all permissions especially if it’s an Android device. IOS only has 3 but Android has I believe 11 of them to include connection permissions.
