DroneLink app says "4.8.3 available" but it won't install on my phone

I have a OnePlus 6 (model A6003) running Android 11 and DroneLink 4.8.2. When I start the app, it says "4.8.3 is available" at the top. However, it refuses to update to 4.8.3. The Google Play store shows no updates available.

I've also tried installing it via the APK download link displayed right next to the "4.8.3 is available" message, but that install doesn't update it to 4.8.3 either.
