What device are you using, no problem here on Android
https://youtu.be/u6ea4SyIelI
I use an iPad 11 Pro and no issues. The screen recording you sent looks like it’s working as it should when you switch between the map and camera when disconnected. Not sure I’m understanding the question.
The mission path disappears. We will look into it.
Thank you Jim.
I missed that, sorry I’m Curious if it disappears when connected or just when not connected. Also just like to add there is no drone position when not connected so not sure about that part or didn’t see the freezing up or greyed out part. Maybe I’m losing my mind. lol.
Just tried with my iPad connected to drone and the plans path does disappear sometimes so seems like it isn’t just with Android OS. If I switch back a couple times it does show the path again so seems intermittent. However, I have no issues with the live camera feed and I didn’t have any greyed screen or freezing up. The live feed was always working even when the path was absent and the drones location icon was displayed on the map even when the path was not displaying. So for me it’s only the actual missions path disappearing and nothing else. May not help but more info can’t hurt.
Im flying again tommorow so I will capture the screen when connected to the Air 2S.

Screen capture with camera feed disappearing in fullscreen and mission path disappearing and reappearing once randomly.
Jim. I tested back to Beta version 4.8.2 (277) and it is all working. Looks like it started with version 4.8.3 build (279) so maybe that will help to figure out the issue. Not sure which device David is using but mine is the iPad 11 Pro if helps.
muchas gracias
Hi Sergio. I have an iPad so with Apples TestFlight app it gives the ability to go back to a previous version until the issue is fixed. I don’t know if it can be done with an Android OS devices.
We don’t really encourage running previous versions as the point of beta testing is to find issues in the most recent version. If you prefer stability then use production, not the beta.
Sorry Jim. I wasn’t encouraging this but since I can’t have both Beta and Production app version on iPad at same time it’s easier to go back with the Beta until the newer version is fixed. I don’t want to delete and install back and forth. Plus this way I can test and find out when it started.
Sergio. As DL states in the link you should not use the Beta if using it for critical business operations as well as other reasons. I’d suggest always using the production version in your case because they have already been tried and tested. Since you are using the A2S Beta is not necessary and I believe the newest product version is 4.8.3 so I’d check the App Store and see if it is newer and works. I use Beta because I’m just a Hobbyist and retried so I have the time to help.

This problem has been fixed and will be released in an upcoming update. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!
Thanks Nicolas.
Tested 4.9.0 (282) and looks like all is well again. Switched back and forth from map to live feed over and over and no issues.
It’s all in their help section.

4.9.0 is still beta: https://support.dronelink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033520874-How-do-I-join-and-test-the-Beta-app-
Saludos
Sergio Torres Zolezzi. Possibly the device you’re using. DL needs more information to see it they can find a problem and solution. What manufacture and model number device are you using with which IOS or Android OS version as well. Also which drone ?
