Control sticks are disabled when running a waypoint mission so the speed cannot be controlled manually. Some On the Fly modes or Miisions can be set to enable some stick control and gimbal but I know of no way to control the speed during the mission.
What drone are you using?
My current 3 choices are
Mavic 2 mini
Phantom 4 pro v2
Mavic air
It is possible to do with the p4p. When do you need it?
Not asap. In a week or so would be ideal
