Updated APK to V 4.8.3 but now the App crashes >>>>

I upgraded to V 4.8.3 and when opening up the app it stays on screen for about 3 sec and disappears - tried several times to re-install but same thing -- any idea on how to fix this?

Which drone & Controller ? Check the link for correct version for the drone/controller combo your using.

Mini 3 Pro -RC-N1
Downloaded the Mini 3 Pro APK - the issue being is that when the app is initially opened on my my phone (without the controller and drone turned on) then after 3 sec the screen "Welcome to Dronelink" disappears but the app its still running in background - and even opening it back from the running background same thing happens -
How to fix this please ?
Note; the previous APK versions operate just fine -

I update as soon as a new version/build is available.
So 278 worked for sure? If not sure I can get you a link for it to try.

i just downloaded build 278 and i can confirm that it does not crash when i execute the app

Jim McAndrew, it says it cannot install since the package (278) is not valid.
Uninstall first.
I confirm : NO crash with 278

Just for info, I have had no issues with 4.8.3 (279). with IOS, iPad. All is good.
Mike (Arizona Wyldwest), I have several android phones. 279 is working on some, and not on others.
That´s why for me it´s not absolutely a blocking point.
On Android Note 10 +
278 - ok
279 - no ok
It appears to be an issue with the new DJI video previewer, which fixed the random crashes that were happening on a majority of devices after 5-10 minutes, but has not introduced on-app-launch crashes for a much smaller portion of devices. Sending the crash logs to them and will see what they say.

To test the new build, i upgraded to build 280 ,and as the previous build 279 , the app again crashes after a few seconds of execution on my Samsung s10+
280 does not fix this issue - DJI is still working on it.

Had the same problem with my mini 3 (not pro) using 279 build on my Nokia X10. 278 works so far.

I do photogrammetry with a DJI MINI 3 (not pro). My results are pretty good but i m facing some app - crashes (Beta). A week ago, i accomplished a 30 minute mission and for that i spent all the 3-battery-capacity (i bought this drone before 3 months brand new so the batteries have made 10 circles). I haven t already download 4.8.3 version. Could you inform me please if app-crashes (Beta) are still noticed with the new version? Thank you.
