1. I’d charge the controller first as it looks like it’s almost completely dead.
2. Follow the first link to check everything on the list especially all the permissions on number 4”
3. Make sure you follow the instructions on how to properly close the DJI app in number 3.2. It must be force closed, not just swiped up. There should also be no other apps still running in background so make sure to force close any others as well. Otherwise any other apps still running in background will consume resources and the lack of processing power may cause issues.

You wont get a tracking map until it sees satellites, and your satellite count is "0" possibly due to being indoors
Maybe I misunderstood with the translation.
This is the translation that I get
I was going by that first section, and by the fact it's obvious from photo that the OP is indoors with 0 satellites locked, but yes I also se what you are saying Mike (Arizona Wyldwest)
Sergio Torres Zolezzi. Ok, I think I’m understanding now. According to the screenshot there is no map so I’m guessing that’s the issue. You don’t need to connect the drone to see the map so something probably in the permissions may not be granted. Go into the controllers settings and make sure all permissions are granted. The map should always be present without connecting drone and probably something in the settings. Also make sure the location services is enabled in the DL app as well.

What is the issue you are seeing?
Sergio Torres Zolezzi. Dronelink is working on a fix for the components path disappearing on the map and the live feed issue if this is what you’re asking about. The link I’m sending discusses this issue.

Update the app version as you should always use the most current version. Make sure you check all permissions as many have said they did but missed one. Triple check all of them. Make sure you have “force stopped” the DJI App, not just swiped close as that will not work. Both of these are usually the issue about 90% of the time. As far as I know DL staff hasn’t reported any uses with that controller so unless there is something very new that combo should work great. I’d completely delete DL app and start from scratch. Go through each step slowly and make sure you follow the instructions on proper drone/ controller combo. Good luck.

Mike, he realizado esas acciones al menos unas 5 veces y nada....
Ok. I have no idea. DL will need to assist further but the may need more info as Jim mentioned above. Maybe a screenshot. Good luck.
I don’t know how the DL app switches between the Map and Live feed with that controller. It may be done differently. I’d try switching between the live feed and map with one of the C buttons like with the DJI App. The Dronelink app has the ability to enable RC buttons for what function you want to set in the settings. Check the settings under the Controller tab and select one of the buttons you want to use and select, UI: Map/Live Feed. See if that works. You will see many other functions as well.
